ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL:

 

  1. Fresh admission is given only on receipt of the following documents: A Transfer Certificate, a Character Certificate from the school last attended and the original mark-sheets of the last annual examinations. For the Catholic students, recommendation of the Parish Priest is also mandatory.
  2. Fresh admission may be given as per seats available after candidates pass the entrance test conducted by the school. There is no new admission in Class – IX, X and XII.
  3. Only Parents/Guardians may apply for transfer certificates. Requests for transfer must be made in the application forms available at the school office. A search fee of Rs. 50 will be charged for a transfer certificate. Duplicate transfer certificates will be issued on the payment of Rs. 100 only. All supplementary certificates like age certificate, character, identity cards, duplicate mark sheets etc are available on payment of Rs. 50.
  4. A pupil, failing two years in succession in the same class or failing more than 2 (three) subjects or failing once in the S.S.L.C. / H.S.S.L.C. examination is to discontinue his/her studies in the school.
  5. Fees are to be paid as per the details and instructions in the Fee Book provided.
  6. Pupils whose dues are not completely cleared will be debarred from sitting for examinations.
  7. Fees once paid are not refundable under any circumstance.
  8. School fees and other dues are liable to be revised periodically.
  9. In the event of the withdrawal of a pupil during the course of the year, all fees must be cleared for the academic year, prior to the application for the Transfer Certificate.
